Never Ending . . .

ทำไมใครๆมักเข้าใจว่าพอภาวนา หรือเจริญสติแล้ว
…จะต้องสงบ ควบคุมกายใจได้ดี ไม่หวั่นไหว (>”< )

ส่วนตัวแล้ว... เราชอบที่ได้ เฝ้า มอง แลดู ความเคลื่อนไหวของกาย-ใจแต่ละจังหวะ อย่างเพลิดเพลินมากกว่าที่จะต้องดูแลตัวเองให้นิ่งๆเข้าไว้

moment ที่เราสบาย สงบ ก็มีกันบ่อยๆได้ และดีด้วยอ่ะนะ

แต่ในขีวิต ที่เรียกว่าชีวิต มันโคตรจะหลากหลายหนิ
มันมีช่วงสนุก ฮา เศร้า เหงา เครียด เบื่อ บ้า หงุดหงิด ฟุ้ง หลุด วุ่นวาย เปราะบาง เหนื่อย อบอุ่น ดีใจ กังวล อ่อนแอ ชิวชิว มันส์ และอีกมากมายเป็นธรรมด๊า-ธรรมดา

ทำตัวเป็นคนนั่งอยู่ริมฝั่งน้ำน่ะ สนุกดี เดี๋ยวๆก็เห็นอะไรลอยผ่านไปมา ขึ้นๆ ลงๆ
จะเห็นอะไรเมื่อไหร่ก็เมื่อนั้น

การปฏิบัติก็คือการฝึกวิทยายุทธให้เราช่างสังเกต เชี่ยวชาญ และมีอาวุธ (อุปกรณ์) ครบมือ นั่นแล

... วางใจ แล้วก็ออกเดินต่อไป ชิวชิว (^^ )/~

ได้อ่านหนังสือเกี่ยวกับ EE programs (เพราะกำลังเขียน literature review ของ proposal) . . . มีอยู่เล่มนึงที่แม้แค่ Intro. ก็รู้สึกว่า โดนนนนนน Q(>w< ) o
มันกระตุ้นให้อยากทำโครงการ EE ทุกอันที่พวกเราคุยกันในคลาสมากๆ
และมันก็ inspire ให้อยากส่งผ่านข้อความในใจ, ความรัก, ความหวัง, ความฝันของเราสู่คนอื่นๆ อย่างมากเลยเค้าเขียนว่า…

แต่ในจังหวะนั้น มันมองเห็นตัวเรา-คนที่กำลังอ่านข้อความนี้- ว่าเชื่อมโยงเข้าไปแล้ว มีภาพ ท้องฟ้า ป่า ภูเขา ฝน ดิน น้ำ ต้นไม้ ..ต่างๆที่มันมีความหมายกับชีวิตเราค่อยค่อยผุดขึ้นมา ...ใบหน้าอิ่มใจ-รอยยิ้มใสของคนหลายคนก็ฟูขึ้นมา ...เบิกบาน

ทำให้ข้อความเหล่านี้มีพลังกับการเดินทางของเรามาก
มีความสุขกับ EE ทุก project ที่พวกเราได้ถ่ายทอดกันออกมาจากใจค่ะ (^^, )~
